Watsonville Association of REALTORS®
The Watsonville Association of REALTORS® began serving the Real Estate Community in 1922. Our Association works along with the National Association of REALTORS® NAR and the California Association of REALTORS® CAR to serve its membership in developing and promoting programs and services that will enhance the members' freedom and ability toconduct their individual businesses successfully with integrity and competency, and through collective action, to promote the preservation of real property rights.

Mission Statement
We, the members of the Watsonville Association of REALTORS®, dedicate ourselves to professionalism and high ethical standards. Our purpose is: to serve our membership by developing promoting and providing programs and services that will enhance our member’s effectiveness, ability and freedom to conduct their individual businesses successfully with integrity and competency; to promote through cooperative action free enterprise and the preservation of the rights of real property ownership; and increased, through collective action, public awareness of the values of real estate industry professionals as designated by the term "REALTOR."
